NEW!!! Lean Communication Workshop


Effectively and clearly communicating with customers, team members and colleagues sets the stage for clients to be satisfied, targets to be met and exceeded, work to flow, and strong relationships to develop.


It seems so easy and straightforward. Yet so often, this doesn’t happen.


Lack of communication, miscommunication and misunderstood communication leads to upset and angry clients, missed deadlines and targets, and strained internal relationships.


And frustrated Lean team members, who are trying to help the people in the organization that they coach identify and solve problems using Lean principles, practices and tools!


That’s why Tilo Schwarz and I are teaming up to create an online workshop to help Lean and Kata practitioners use lean/kata principles, practices and tools to improve communication within their organization.


We’re just in the beginning stages of putting the workshop together, and we'd really love to learn all about the communication problems your organization is having. That way we can co-create the workshop to specifically help you improve them!
