Over the past years I've noticed the devastating effects that failures of leadership and failures of kindness have resulted in all over the the world. So I decided to do something about the problem. As well as writing a book about Kind Leadership and starting The New School for Kind Leaders, I'm the Founder of The Love and Kindness Project Foundation, a global registered public charity.
