Something totally exciting today! A special shout out and congratulations to Anika Klix who just graduated with her MA in Human Resources Management from Claremont Lincoln University. As part of her thesis work, Anika created an HR program encompassing kindness, and kind and mindful leadership. It was an honor to know that Anika used The Kind Leader: A Practical Guide to Eliminating Fear, Creating Trust and Leading with Kindness as part of her graduate research and work. Even more of an honor to find out that Anika talked about it during her commencement address! When I wrote The Kind Leader, I envisioned it being used by people to create kinder, better ways to lead! Thank you, Anika, for helping to make my vision a reality! And for creating a great, practical HR program! Again, congratulations on your kind work, your accomplishments, and a fabulous commencement speech!
