Its Kind Leadership Week Day 2!
Today’s Challenge:
Plan and DO at least one DELIBERATE act of kindness!
Today’s Kind Leader Key Characteristic:
Kind Leaders DELIBERATELY think, speak and act kindly!
Everyone is familiar with “random acts of kindness”. In fact, there’s even a day to celebrate it. The problem with random acts of kindness (or anything random), is that they may or may not happen. Kind Leaders don’t leave thinking, speaking and acting kindly to chance. They deliberately plan how to act kindly so that their followers benefit…and learn how to be deliberately kind as well!
Want to learn more about today’s Kind Leader Key Characteristic? Then please join our Lunch and Learn at 1:00 pm ET!
Today, your deliberate acts of kindness can also help you be eligible for one of our Kind Leadership Week Gift-Aways! On Friday, during Kind Leadership Week Social Networking Hour, I’ll be giving away Kind Leader T-Shirts, signed Kind Leader books, and free tuition to The New School for Kind Leaders classes! To enter, please post the deliberate act of kindness you did today in the comments or message me directly!
Thanks for being part of Kind Leadership Week! Your kind leadership eliminates fear, creates trust and makes a better world for all of us!
