As a leader, before anything, you are a person. You have emotions, weaknesses and triggers that may lead you to struggle with kindness sometimes.
In order to model acting, reacting, speaking and thinking kindly for those you lead, you need to be able to stay kind even in unkind times.
That's why I've put together these tips for you to use, especially during unkind times, like those we are all experiencing now.
