Last week I put the final touches on the edits of my new book The Kind Leader: A Practical Guide to Eliminating Fear, Creating Trust and Leading with Kindness! I'm super excited, because, as you'll read in the book the best kind of leader is a kind leader! It's the quote that starts the book and a theme that runs throughout! Also running throughout are stories from 28 fabulous 'kind leaders' from all walks of life and industries who share their experiences, ideas, and wisdom.
