Un grand merci à Jean-Benoit Nadeau pour cette grande entrevue sur Le Leader Bienveillant et pour cet excellent article Bienveillance 101! Parmi les sujets abordés dans l'article, citons les raisons pour lesquelles le leadership bienveillant n'est pas un signe de faiblesse, ce qu'est réellement le "leadership bienveillant", pourquoi les leaders bienveillants se souviennent toujours qu'ils "gèrent des choses" et "dirigent des personnes", et l'importance de l'écoute.
