Kind Leader Community Conversation - What Can We Do When Leaders Aren't Kind?

We've all been in situations where leaders aren't kind. How do we handle the situation? What can we say? What can we do? How do we help others? How can we take care of ourselves? 

In this Kind Leader Community Conversation, you'll be able to ask others for suggestions about specific situations in which leaders are acting kindly that you are experiencing. You'll also be able to offer suggestions to help others with problems they are having as the result of unkind leadership. The discussion will be facilitated by Karyn Ross, author of The Kind Leader.  

Kindness is always the answer. And...there's always a way to Lead with Kindness. Having a community to talk things through with really helps!
