Hi, I have a dream to transform customer experience... For years we have been hearing that customer is the king. What if we turned this edict around and said an engaged employee is at the heart of delivering a transformational customer experience. I have tried painting on cloth for the first time & created a gratitude/kindness symbol of a tree with autumn leaves falling. Just like when leaves fall they help fertilize the soil, so also acts of kindness have a cascading effect on others. Being kind also makes me feel good. It raises my energy to live my purpose.
