Super happy to announce our latest class - Create Your Very Own Self-Kindness Practice!


Join us on Wednesday, February 16th at 3:00 pm ET for this one hour fully interactive and fun class:


Self-Kindness is a "practice that takes practice"! Many people struggle with being kind to themselves. Negative self-talk, filled with unkind words, play in people's minds in an unending loop. People berate themselves, beat themselves up, and treat themselves in unkind ways for mistakes and imperfections that we all make and all have, simply because we are human! Even when they are kind to others, many people struggle being kind to themselves.

It doesn't have to be that way!

In this one-hour, interactive workshop, you will do three easy activities to create a daily Self-Kindness Practice! At the end of his session, you will have created a "Think Kindly", "Speak Kindly" and "Act Kindly" practice that you can use to actively practice Self-Kindness on a daily basis. It's simple, easy and fun!

For this session, you'll need:

  • Sticky notes or something to write on

  • Pencil, pen or markers to write with
